And they don't tire as quickly because these boots are cs. 600-800gr about 30% lighter than comparable boots. The foamed chloroprene rubber (neoprene) is so elastic that you can turn the shaft inside out.

The lamellar structure of the rubber sole offers a firm footing. All moisture under the shoe is pushed away to the outside, the sole literally sticks to the ground. The pleasantly soft neoprene lining keeps the feet optimally ventilated, warm and dry.
