Four simple steps – how to return
1. Fill in the form please attach the delivery note to the return order, on which you record your wishes (Exchange/return).

For packages sent to Germany:
Under €50 Order value please postage the package and send it to: BMS Sailing Wear GmbH, AM Sandtorkai 25-26, 20457 Hamburg-storage city-Germany.
As a customer from other European countries, you must free the shipment at your own expense.
Frank the package and send it to:

Please do not send the goods in a non-free way, otherwise we will have to deduct the postage from your credit.
4. You will get your money back as soon as the goods have been received by us, we will check and process them quickly. You will receive a confirmation by mail, then it usually takes only a few working days until already paid invoice amounts are refunded by us.
To ensure a high and up-to-date inventory, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchange. If you would like to order an item in a different color or size, please return the item that you did not want regularly and give us a new order. This means that the replacement item is also much faster for you!

In case of a transport damage you will of course get a replacement immediately. Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity and, if possible, allow any damage to be noted directly upon receipt by the transport service provider. Then please inform our team at contact or 040-3743567 about the damage. Then we can immediately process the refund or exchange of your order. The failure of a complaint or contact does not have any consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
